The role centers on meeting production targets while ensuring safety, quality and environmental performance, with a 12-hour rotating night roster from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
You will develop the team, drive continuous improvement, and promote best practices in a supportive culture that values change management and transparent communication.
