Minor Hotels’ AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort in Recent South Wales is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. The role supports daily kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene across all service periods.

You will work with a passionate team, plating dishes to brand standards and contributing to menu development, while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude and flexibility for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
