- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning,



continuous professional development and reflective leadership.
- Build solid partnerships with students, parents, government agencies and community groups to support student learning and strengthen school-community relationships.
- Provide strategic, future-focused leadership by ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and effectively managing human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve departmental goals.
