Randstad Australia is seeking a Sourcing Talent Lead to oversee day-to-day operations for the Amazon account, delivering high-volume recruitment to maintain 100% labor order fulfillment across cycles nationally. A hybrid onshore/offshore team of six will be led to clear pipelines, manage applications, and report weekly.
You will bring experience in high-volume recruitment, solid CRM/ATS knowledge (Salesforce beneficial), and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
