MAARS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia. You will oversee day-to-day performance, coordinate teams across markets and drive improvements in delivery and processes.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will manage regional projects, support client retention and recent business opportunities, and partner with international leaders to shape regional operations strategy.
