Jefferies is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to act as Assistant General Counsel in Australia and join the APAC Legal team from Sydney. The role requires 4-8 years PQE or equivalent experience from a leading international law firm or financial institution.

The successful candidate will be Australian qualified with robust capital markets experience, including public and private M&A; and equity offerings, and will provide strategic legal support to Jefferies Australia and APAC teams.
