Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own the operational delivery of a major distribution centre in the Western suburbs of Sydney. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate contractors and ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

You will balance preventative and reactive maintenance, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement and ensure WHS compliance, stakeholder engagement and cost optimisation in a 24/7, business-critical setting.
