St Vincent's Care Services in Queensland seeks a compassionate Pastoral & Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our Maroochydore and/or Gympie aged care services. You will provide skilled pastoral and spiritual care to residents, families, staff, and support networks within a holistic care team.

You will assess and prioritise spiritual needs, develop person-centred care plans, provide religious resources, and support emotional wellbeing with respectful, culturally sensitive care.
