Australian Taxation Office is seeking highly motivated Prosecutors to join our Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) area to appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner. In FCB, we counter deliberate and complex behaviours that threaten the integrity of the tax and super systems, ensuring fair application of the rule of law and redress for taxpayers.

These roles may require travel and a current Australian driver’s licence; positions are offered in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney
