Joseph's Restaurant at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking a full-time Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section and own the dessert offering. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to craft desserts for a premium heritage hotel restaurant and drive seasonal pastry concepts.

Bring solid technical pastry skills, experience in an à la carte setting, and a creative eye for production, menu development and cost-aware baking. Australian working rights are required.
