NSW Health is seeking a Senior Allied Health Assistant for the COPILOT service at Fairfield Community Health Centre. The role supports multidisciplinary geriatric assessment and home-based care, under Allied Health supervision, with a focus on enabling patient well-being in the community.

Requirements include a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent, robust communication and time management, plus a valid Australian C-Class driver’s licence.
