Journey Early Learning Gumdale is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to lead our Junior Kindy 2 room for 2–3-year-olds. This permanent part time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a supportive leadership team and a space to shape your room with your ideas.

You’ll mentor a team of educators, deliver play-based learning aligned with EYLF, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to planning, observations and Storypark documentation.
