Q-CTRL is building a recent Product Introduction (NPI) team in Sydney to transform cutting-edge sensing technologies into market-ready products.

As an NPI Technician, you will help define workflows, design our workspace, and establish repeatable assembly and test processes that scale with prototypes to production. You will work with engineers and scientists to drive manufacturability and quality standards.
