Coriole is seeking a practical, commercially minded person to manage our olive groves and produce and sell our range of table olives, olive oils and vinegars as well as add new products to the mix. This diverse, hands on role offers responsibility from grove to market. You will undertake the majority of production work, supported by assistance with packaging, and develop sales through direct customer relationships and distributors. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing olive grove pruning, spraying, weed control, irrigation and harvest.
- Producing table olives and managing olive oil and vinegar production.
- Maintaining product quality, food safety, stock and production records.
- Planning packaging and coordinating assisting staff and contractors.

- Managing costs and identifying opportunities to improve the range.
We’re looking for someone organised and self-motivated who takes pride in product quality, enjoys practical work and is confident building customer relationships.

The role could particularly suit someone from a winemaking background, bringing transferable skills in fermentation, production, quality control and cellar operations, alongside a willingness to learn olive growing and processing. Sales experience and commercial awareness will be highly regarded.
This role covers Coriole’s food products business and excludes restaurant management.
Salary to be negotiated based on prior experience
