Mercor is seeking a Training / onboarding / L&D; Evaluator for a contract, remote position. You will assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and presentation quality.

We require 5+ years in Training / onboarding / L&D;, native or skilled English, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. Advanced degree preferred.
