SA Disability Care We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Services Officer to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence, wellbeing, and social participation.

This full-time role is based in Salisbury, South Australia, and involves working closely with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams under the NDIS framework.

The successful candidate will deliver person-centred care, develop individual support plans, and implement daily living and community access programs tailored to diverse cultural needs. Identify clients' challenges and recommend appropriate assistance. Monitor client progress and maintain accurate reports. Refer clients to relevant support services and agencies. Identify community needs and available support resources. Liaise with government agencies, community groups and service providers. Support individuals with disabilities and their families. Supervise and assist individuals in rehabilitation programs. Guide young people through personal,



social and financial challenges. Prepare funding applications and reports for relevant authorities. Facilitate community participation, education and independent living for people with disabilities. Qualification & experience At least Associate Degree in Disability, Community Services, or relevant field and minimum 1 year of full-time experience in disability support or three years of experience to substitute the qualification Understanding of NDIS framework and care standards Current First Aid and CPR certification National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid driver’s licence About Company SA Disability Care is a privately-owned organization providing support services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
