We are currently looking for full-time (38 hours per week) Disability Support Workers. We believe in providing the highest level of client-focused care and know that by valuing our Support Workers, we can achieve that together.

Support workers play an integral and important role in enabling our clients to access the supports and services they require. Shifts can be varied and determined by our participant’s requests; however, shifts can include, but are not limited to: Assistance with activities of daily living; this includes spending quality time in the home, cooking meals, personal care, undertaking household duties and participating in their daily activities as required. Escorting clients to appointments Documentation and progress note-keeping as required Multiple Positions Available. Essential Criteria Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Community Services or equivalent relevant qualification) with a minimum 6-month course duration or at least 2 years of relevant work experience (which substitutes for formal qualifications). Minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience working within disability sector or equivalent. Relevant work experience (at least 20 hours per week or 40 hours per fortnight) may be gained through full-time, part-time, or casual employment on a pro-rata basis, including multiple employers, eligible internships, industry placements, apprenticeships and traineeships.

This work experience can be served concurrently with any work experience used to substitute for formal qualifications.

This can also be undertaken before commencing study, while studying, or post-qualification. Australian citizens or permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
