CSL Behring is seeking a Shift Lead for our Turner Filling manufacturing team in Australia. You will lead a cross-functional production unit, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure GMP-compliant operations around the clock.

You will coach frontline staff, coordinate daily filling activities, and champion continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining solid stakeholder relationships across functions and shifts.
