Foresite Training, a registered training organisation, is hiring a Civil Construction Trainer for its Hallam and Laverton North campuses in Victoria. You'll deliver practical civil construction plant training and assessments, including excavators, loaders, rollers and skid steers. It suits experienced operators or civil supervisors who want to step off the tools. Full-time or part-time.

What you'll do

- Deliver practical civil construction training and assessments across a range of plant and equipment
- Run hands-on sessions on excavators, loaders, rollers, skid steers and related civil equipment
- Help students build safe work practices, operational competency and confidence
- Make sure training and assessment meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Keep accurate training records, assessment documents and reports
- Promote industry best practice and strong workplace safety standards
- Work with the training team on job-ready outcomes

- Experienced plant operators,



civil supervisors or site leaders with strong hands-on industry experience
- Practical knowledge of civil construction operations, site safety, compliance and industry standards
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Able to mentor and support students from diverse backgrounds
- Previous training or assessing experience is highly regarded (preferred). Experienced civil professionals moving into training are welcome, and Foresite will support them to become qualified trainers and assessors.
