BlueCare is recruiting a Clinical Nurse to join our community services team in Coomera & surrounding areas. You will lead frontline nursing staff, provide mentorship, and ensure high-quality care that enables clients to stay independent at home.

You’ll develop care plans, assess residents, and support staff development while navigating accreditation standards and complex clinical nursing issues in a community setting.
