Ito, a 1-Hatted restaurant in Sydney and part of the ESCA Group, is seeking an experienced waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will deliver refined, attentive service within a Japanese-Italian fine-dining concept and guide guests through the menu with confidence and warmth.

Responsibilities include qualified beverage service (wine, sake and Italian varietals), collaborating closely with FOH and kitchen to ensure a polished guest experience, and upholding Ito's reputation as a premier
