What You'll Do

Create Effortless Guest Experiences

- Deliver warm, polished and personalised service.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
- Ensure every interaction reflects the AC brand's attention to detail.

Bring the Rivo Experience to Life

- Provide attentive service across our restaurant, bar and dining experiences.
- Develop knowledge of our Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage offerings.
- Confidently recommend menu items and beverages to guests.

Deliver with Purpose

- Support daily food and beverage operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences.

What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- A warm, confident and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A current RSA certificate and relevant food safety training.
