About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the Landscape kitchen team, with a particular focus on our grill section.

You’ll take ownership of the grill, bringing a strong understanding of steak cuts and grades and confidently operating our wood-fired Asado grill. With precision in heat and coal management, you’ll play an significant part in delivering the consistently high-quality dishes Landscape is known for.

What you will bring to the role:

- Previous experience in a premium dining or high-end venue

- At least four years’ kitchen experience, including strong experience across the grill and other busy sections

- Extensive experience cooking over open flame

- Strong knowledge of steak cuts,



grades and cooking techniques

- Confidence managing heat and coals on a wood-fired grill

- A genuine passion for contemporary cooking and quality produce

- A commitment to consistently delivering high-quality food

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days across a seven-day operation
