Senior Recruiter – Engineering & Technology

We’re looking for a strong Senior Recruiter to join a newly established embedded recruitment team supporting a highly specialised, engineering-led business.

You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end, but this role goes beyond filling vacancies. You’ll work closely with hiring leaders to understand future capability needs, map specialist talent markets and proactively build pipelines ahead of demand.

The role

- Recruit complex engineering, scientific, manufacturing and technical talent
- Partner directly with hiring managers on recruitment strategy
- Proactively source and map hard-to-find candidates
- Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Use market intelligence,



data and metrics to influence hiring outcomes
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience

About you

You’ll be an experienced Recruiter who is comfortable operating in a complex technical workplace. You could come from engineering, defence, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or another specialist sector.

You’ll need to be proactive, resilient and curious, with strong sourcing skills and enough confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy finding people who aren't always easy to find.
