We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quick Food Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills required are Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience plus hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of driving both operational excellence and business growth. Only shortlisted people will be notified. Location: Granville NSW Salary: $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation Status: Full-time Key Tasks include:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery




- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent standards
- Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and development
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and product quality
- Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets
- Track sales performance, control expenses, and optimise profitability
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational data
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Identify opportunities to increase client foot-fall and brand visibility
