Seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistants, Pick Packers. Looking for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant / Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to dispatch requirements

Receive, unload, and store incoming stock Conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks Label, scan, and prepare products for shipment

Maintain a clean, organised,



and safe warehouse environment Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets About you To be successful in this role, you will have:

A positive attitude and robust work ethic Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 15kg safely Reliable transport and punctual attendance Strong teamwork and communication skills

Previous warehouse, pick packing, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential Desirable Skills Experience using RF scanners

Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous Experience working within warehouse KPIs and dispatch deadlines Knowledge of inventory management processes
