We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Plasterer. Key Responsibilities and Tasks

- Prepared wall and ceiling surfaces by cleaning, scraping and applying bonding agents to ensure proper adhesion of plaster.
- Mixed plaster materials to suitable consistency using hand tools and mechanical mixers.
- Applied plaster to internal walls, ceilings and partitions to achieve required thickness and coverage.
- Spread and smoothed plaster using trowels, floats and straight edges to create even,



level and plumb surfaces.
- Finished surfaces to smooth or decorative textures in accordance with project specifications.
- Repaired existing plasterwork by patching, filling and refinishing damaged or uneven areas.
- Measured, marked and installed plasterboard panels, fixing them to wall and ceiling frameworks where required.
- Filled joints, cracks and surface imperfections to prepare surfaces for final finishing.
- Interpreted drawings and specifications to determine materials, measurements and application methods.
- Coordinated with other trades to ensure plastering works were completed efficiently and in line with project timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant plastering experience.
- Solid understanding of different plastering techniques and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
- Good communication and professional attitude.
