An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to step in immediately. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the monthly payroll cycle and keep everything running accurately and on time. Your responsibilities include:

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across ADP and Workday

- Interpret and apply award and enterprise agreement conditions

- Review timesheets, leave and variations before each pay run

- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies

- Handle PAYG,



superannuation and payroll tax obligations

- Prepare month-end payroll reports for the Finance Director

- Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally

- Maintain compliance with legislation and internal controls

To be considered for this role you will have 6–7 years of payroll experience, including hands-on ADP and Workday use and confidence running monthly pay cycles. You can hit the ground running, work independently with minimal handover, and bring a calm, detail-focused approach. Strong communication skills and availability to start immediately are essential.
