As a Client Advisor at White Story, you act as a trusted brand ambassador, providing exceptional service by cultivating strong, lasting client relationships and offering tailored styling advice to enhance their overall brand experience. In your role, you work closely with your colleagues to nurture the warmth and authenticity that define White Story's culture, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Set a great example by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance that follows White Story standards.

· Follow White Story policies and procedures.

· Work to meet store sales targets, focusing on increasing items sold per transaction and average sale value.

· Build strong relationships with clients, growing and maintaining a loyal client base.

· Use CRM tools to strengthen customer loyalty and keep clients engaged with the brand.

· Outreach to clients to match new collections, deliveries, and busy shopping times.

· Become an expert on product details, fabrics, and styling to improve the client experience.

· Attend training to support your personal growth and skill development.

· Help the management team create a positive,



teamwork-driven environment focused on sales and client experience.

· Help set up the store displays when stock arrives.

· Complete daily tasks and assist with back of house duties when needed.

· Assist with fulfilling online orders for the store, making sure they are accurately packed and sent to clients on time.

· Quickly address and resolve any customer concerns or issues.

· Help keep the store clean and organised.

· Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Store Manager or team leader.

Qualifications

· Approximately 1-2 years previous experience in a similar position and industry, previous retail experience is desired.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Adaptable to the fast paced and agile nature of luxury retail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
