You’re one of the best Brow & Lash Artists you know. You’ve been doing Beauty for a few years now and there’s not much you can’t do. You know threading and are very confident and productive at threading.

You also know lash extensions at an expert level and enjoy doing them.

You genuinely love what you do - you’re a real people person and love making others happy. You like being part of happy teams that are low drama, no gossip and genuinely enjoy working together.

You work best when you have a professional environment, with structure and procedures. You respect your manager and don’t have an ego. You’re happy to help out with whatever is needed.

We have built a really great team with some really loyal employees. We work very hard to create a kind, friendly environment for our staff that is free from drama. We want our staff to feel calm,



secure and that they’re always being encouraged to do their best. We will take you from already really good to being an absolute master! We’re not the kind of place where people come and go. We’re protective of our culture and the team we’ve built, and we’re proud of them.

Our staff all support each other and help with whatever is needed, including cleaning (note: cleaning is part of the role, as each salon doesn’t have a cleaner).

We have some experience requirements: you must have a minimum 2 years experience in the following:

- Threading

- Waxing

- Brow and Lash Tinting

- Brow Lamination

- Lash Lifts

- Lash Extensions
