At Buterin L'Estrange Projects, we're a growing and dynamic construction company delivering exciting commercial, retail and hospitality projects.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on accounts professional to take ownership of our accounts function and become a valued member of our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands on role, thrives in a busy environment and has the confidence and initiative to grow alongside our business.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our accounts, including:

- Accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations

- Payroll, superannuation and employee entitlements

- BAS, GST and statutory reporting

- Cash flow management and financial reporting

- Project costing, progress claims and budget monitoring

- Preparing management reports and working closely with the directors

- Improving financial processes and maintaining accurate records

- Nexvia software integrations

ABOUT YOU

- Strong Xero experience is essential

- Proven experience managing a broad accounts function





- Construction industry experience is highly regarded

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confident, proactive and capable of working independently

- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and enjoys being hands-on
