Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EVT's SEO and GEO strategy across hotel and resort brands and properties
- Review how our brands and properties appear in search, including AI tools, and deliver improvements
- Prepare briefs and JIRA tickets for technical improvements, and check changes with developers and agency partners
- Create, optimise and upload website content through the CMS across EVT's websites, reflecting each brand's identity and traveller needs
- Track organic and AI search performance, including visibility, referral traffic and contribution to bookings and enquiries, and contribute to monthly reporting with recommended next steps
- Coordinate work from brief to publication with brand, hotel and agency teams, reviewing completed work and resolving or escalating issues
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of SEO and GEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
- Experience in travel, hospitality, retail or a business with multiple brands or locations (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content strategy, with practical experience identifying issues and implementing improvements
- Experience with keyword research,
website audits and competitor benchmarking to identify and prioritise opportunities
- Experience using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush or equivalent platforms
- Confidence analysing Google Search Console, GA4 and reporting platform data to explain performance and recommend actions
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different brand voices
- Robust attention to detail, time management and follow-through across competing priorities
- Clear communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
- Curiosity about GEO, AI search and changes in how people discover information, with sound judgement when using AI tools
