As part of an exciting period of expansion, this respected luxury retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Brisbane boutique and play a key role in driving commercial success and customer engagement.

The Role
Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving boutique performance, elevating the client experience, and leading a passionate team to achieve exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in developing a culture of luxury service, fostering VIP client relationships, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team
- Drive sales growth and achieve store and individual KPIs
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences at every touchpoint
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clientele
- Recruit, coach, and develop retail talent
- Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Create a positive, engaged, and results-driven team culture

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience from luxury retail,



premium retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, or other high-touch customer service environments. You will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly preferred, enabling you to deliver a highly personalised experience to a diverse and international customer base.
