About the role
Join an independently owned practice in the heart of North Hobart. You'll work chairside with our dentists and help every patient feel comfortable and well cared for. Hours and pay are negotiable for the right person.

What you'll be doing

- Chairside assisting across general and restorative dentistry, with the option to get involved in lab work if it interests you

- Preparing surgeries and setting up for procedures

- Sterilising instruments and following infection control protocols

- Keeping treatment areas clean, stocked and organised

- Assisting with clinical notes and patient records

- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Dental Assistant or Nurse, or a genuine willingness to train

- A Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is a plus





- A sound understanding of infection control

- Strong communication skills and a calm, reassuring manner with patients

- Positive organisation and attention to detail

- A team player committed to high-quality patient care
