The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Store Managers to lead luxury jewellery boutiques across Chatswood Chase and Macquarie Centre. Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, elevating the client experience, and leading a passionate team to achieve exceptional results. You will play a key role in developing a strong clienteling culture, nurturing VIP relationships, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team
- Drive sales growth and achieve individual and store KPIs
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences and service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clientele
- Recruit, coach, and retain talented retail professionals
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to maximise results
- Create a positive, engaged, and results-driven team culture





Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, or other customer-focused retail environments. You will be a strong people leader with a track record of developing successful teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly preferred, given the boutique's diverse customer base.
