At Mayim Care, we support people with disabilities to build independence and live fulfilling lives on their own terms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Great support takes care, consistency and attention to detail. You’ll:

- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care, respecting their dignity and preferences.





- Provide companionship and emotional support, building trust through everyday interactions.

- Support participants to access community activities and social events.

- Develop and implement individualised support plans focused on each participant’s needs and goals.

- Help create a protected, inclusive environment where every participant feels respected.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Your attitude matters. So do your skills and qualifications.

- A genuine passion for supporting others and a commitment to making a difference.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

- A minimum Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care.

- An NDIS Screening Check, or be working towards obtaining one.

- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

- A positive attitude and a dependable approach to your work.

- Experience is preferred, but not essential. If you meet the requirements and are ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
