About the Role

- Rostered permanent and non-permanent evening shifts. Delivering services across our three service offerings.

- Drive C-Class or Medium Rigid (MR) vehicles. Opportunity to lead a team and take vehicle home - Direct to work!

- Operate generators, pumps and hot water pressure washers

- Set up job site with signage and barricades. Protect all surrounding surfaces.

- Set up environmental controls including sediment socks, filter pads and operate vacuums.

- Working on hardscape surfaces such as pavers, natural stone, granite, concrete, etc.

- Prepare surface by cleaning stains, paint, oil, chewing gum, graffiti and line markings with appropriate methods and products.

- Apply paints, sealers and coatings by use of sprayers, rollers, polish pads, etc

- Follow and/or Implement Safe Work Method Statements. Complete site inductions and report incidents

- Document proof of services by using iPhone to take photos and videos. Document this evidence and other information on a web based application.

- Pack up site and clean up tools and equipment. document and report any repairs, near misses and/or incidents.

- Maintain and clean equipment. Carry out regular inspections and cleaning.

For senior roles, the ability to lead by example, mentor others and make sound decisions under pressure will be highly regarded.

You will have experience in all of the skills listed above. You will operate as one of the levels below that we will assess through your recruitment and assessment reviews:

- Level 2 - Working independently & give instructions

- Level 3 - Plan, organise, lead & deliver

The operator level reflects salary and remuneration levels within our advertised scale.

Essential Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence (MR preferred)

- OHS White Card

- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets (training provided)

- Demonstrated experience in similar or related trades

Desirable Requirements or In-Direct suitable Skills

- Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform - High Risk and/or Yellow Card

- Joint caulk sealing or waterproofing

- Painting experience or Coatings applications

- Soft-washing or exterior cleaning

- Concrete repairing or epoxy installation

- Paver laying or landscaping
