We’re a fast-growing, family-owned Australian business with two arms: natural skincare and wholefood. As a lean team, everyone plays a big part, and we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly as we scale over the coming months.

You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of our warehouse operations. The role also includes some hands-on production support.

What you’ll be doing:

- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

- Managing stock levels, labelling and batch tracking

- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently

- Assisting with some production of our skincare and food products

What we’re looking for:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role

- Highly driven,



with a solid work ethic

- Excellent attention to detail

- Reliable and able to work independently

- Able to work quickly without cutting corners

- Physically fit, as the role involves a lot of standing and lifting

- Own transport

Bonus:

- Experience using a hand pallet jack (no forklift licence required)

- An interest in natural skincare or food products
