Amore e Sapori is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team at our busy Italian restaurant in Rose Bay, Sydney. WORKING HOURS Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:00 PM to approximately 10:00 PM Casual position Approximately 15 hours per week RESPONSIBILITIES * Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment. * Keep the kitchen clean and organised throughout service. * Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required. * Clean kitchen equipment, workstations and floors. * Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. * Handle rubbish disposal and general cleaning. * Assist with end-of-shift cleaning duties. * Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. REQUIREMENTS Previous kitchen hand experience preferred. Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen. Valuable English communication skills. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Must have valid working rights in Australia. Students, working holiday visa holders and experienced hospitality workers are welcome apply.
