EHS Trusted Cleaning Specialist

About the Role

As an EHS Trusted Cleaning Specialist, you'll work alongside other team members providing professional cleaning services to homes and properties throughout the Mornington Peninsula and South-East Melbourne.

You'll be supported by experienced team members, structured cleaning systems, ongoing training and an office team working behind the scenes to help you succeed.

Our teams meet each morning at our Carrum Downs office before heading out to their scheduled jobs for the day.

You'll initially join us as a casual employee, with a genuine pathway towards permanent full-time employment for team members who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, a great attitude and strong performance.

What You'll Receive

- $27–$34 per hour, depending on employment type and experience
- Approximately 38–40 hours per week where available
- Monday to Friday work
- Typical operating hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm
- Genuine pathway towards permanent full-time employment
- Paid travel between scheduled jobs
- Kilometre reimbursement when required to use your own vehicle
- Professional uniforms, equipment and cleaning products supplied

- Experience Isn't Everything

Previous professional cleaning experience is certainly an advantage, but it isn't essential.

We also value people with experience in industries such as hospitality, housekeeping, aged care, disability support, childcare,



retail and customer service.

At EHS, we believe attitude, reliability and work ethic can be more important than previous cleaning experience.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable transport preferred
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Ability to meet at our Carrum Downs office each morning
- Current Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
