Full-Time VR Gaming Centre Attendant – East Victoria Park, Perth

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our virtual reality gaming in East Victoria Park. We offer immersive VR games, virtual escape rooms, birthday parties and corporate group experiences.

About the role

Welcome customers and help them choose games.
Set up VR headsets, controllers and computer systems.
Explain equipment use and provide clear safety instructions.
Monitor sessions and assist players throughout their experience.

Troubleshoot basic computer and gaming equipment issues.
Manage bookings, enquiries and payments.
Clean and sanitize equipment and keep the venue tidy.
Assist with birthday parties and group events.





About you
Good computer knowledge and confidence learning current software.

Previous experience in entertainment, gaming, hospitality or customer service is highly regarded.

Friendly communication skills and patience when assisting children, families and first-time players.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.

A practical approach to solving problems and a strong focus on customer safety.
Eligible to work in Australia.

Required availability

Monday to Friday 5 pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday 10 am to7 pm
