Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales through confident product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist customers with mobile phone accessories, repairs and technology solutions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, organised store.
- Learn mobile phone repair techniques through hands-on training and gradually develop practical repair skills.
- Assist with phone repairs and troubleshooting as your skills develop.
- Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

- Strong sales skills – you know how to approach customers, close sales and exceed targets.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in mobile phones, electronics or telecommunications.




- Must be willing and motivated to learn mobile phone repairs. Training will be provided.
- Previous mobile phone repair experience is a bonus and will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- A fast learner who is comfortable with technology and enjoys learning new skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering results.

We're looking for someone who can sell confidently, provide exceptional customer service and is eager to develop technical repair skills. You don't need to be a technician already – we'll help you learn!
