Frolicz Family enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused individuals to join our growing team at Frolicz Family Hub, a vibrant indoor children's play centre and cafe.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage front counter operations, admissions, bookings and customer enquiries.
- Handle cashiering, POS transactions and payment processing accurately.
- Take cafe orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with daily cafe operations.
- Assist with birthday party bookings, guest arrivals and event coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organised and presentable reception, cafe and play centre environment.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and resolve minor concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly,



positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, cashiering or customer service is highly regarded.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality and reliability.
- Confidence handling payments and using POS systems.
- Willingness to assist across different areas of the business when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and school holidays.
