Fratelli’s Pizzeria – Cremorne, Sydney We are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate pizza maker to join our well-established Italian restaurant in Cremorne. Fratelli’s has been operating for over 19 years and has built a strong reputation for quality traditional Italian Woodfired pizzas and a loyal customer base. The successful applicant should have experience working in a busy pizza kitchen and be confident in stretching, topping and cooking pizzas. We are looking for someone who is organised, productive, works well under pressure and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality pizzas. Experience is essential, however we are more than happy to provide training to familiarise the right candidate with our style of pizza and preparation methods. The position offers a 4-day working week, Thursday to Sunday, with competitive pay based on experience.
