Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth and requires an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to provide urgent support to their finance team.
This is an initial three-month contract, with strong potential to go perm depending on business requirements. You will join a busy, fast-paced setting and assist the team in managing increased transaction volumes and meeting key payment deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high-volume supplier invoices
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assisting with month-end tasks and general finance administration
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Available to commence at short notice
- Strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills
