BlueCare is seeking a Palliative Care Officer to deliver high-quality in-home palliative care across Queensland, with a state-wide program. You will coordinate services, engage with clients and carers, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, appropriate care.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, 12-month fixed term full time employment, and salary packaging benefits through Not for Profit schemes.
