Project Manager - Greenfields Earthworks and Civil

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site delivery of a major greenfield sports infrastructure project in the Rockhampton region.

What you'll be doing

- Lead the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of greenfield earthworks and civil works.

- Build and lead a project team, setting clear expectations and supporting strong performance.

- Manage project planning, programming, cost control, forecasting and reporting.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site resources.

- Oversee quality, inspections, ITPs, ITCs and project documentation.

- Identify delivery risks and construction challenges early, and develop practical solutions.

- Work closely with the client, consultants and internal stakeholders to keep the project on track.





- Apply PMO best practices across project controls, governance and delivery.

What you'll bring

- Proven experience managing civil and earthworks projects from site establishment through to completion.

- Robust project leadership and subcontractor management skills.

- Strong commercial acumen.

- A solid track record in project planning, cost control, scheduling and quality management.

- The ability to build and lead a capable team.

- Clear communication, sound commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

- A robust commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes.

- Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management or a related field are desirable.
