UGL Limited is leading a major utility-scale BESS project in Victoria. The HSE Advisor will partner with frontline crews, supervisors and project leaders to drive a strong safety culture and support safe delivery of civil, electrical, HV and commissioning activities on site in Melbourne, VIC.

The role is hands-on and site-based, focusing on coaching protected behaviours, implementing the HSE Management System, and maintaining rigorous safety standards across day‑to‑day site work.
