Food & Beverage Manager - Ocean International Hotel

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. You will oversee daily F&B; operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our restaurant, bar, and functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
- Lead, support, and motivate the F&B; team
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Supervise restaurant, bar, and function operations
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with team training and onboarding
- Monitor stock, wastage, and operational costs
- Ensure RSA, safety, and hotel procedures are followed
- Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams

About You

- Previous F&B; supervisory or management experience, preferably in hotels
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-focused and professional
- Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling guest feedback and team matters
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate required
- Versatile to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
