You will provide leadership in workforce planning, customer experience, compliance reporting and system enhancements, while collaborating with IT, Risk, Finance and Distribution.

The role emphasises governance, change management, and continuous improvement to optimise service levels and cost efficiency within a energetic insurance environment.
